Inside Track: Terms of Service

Last updated: October 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("Participant," "you") and Pelion Strategies, based in British Columbia, Canada ("Pelion Strategies," "we," "us"). They govern your enrollment in and use of the Inside Track program and related materials. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Program

Inside Track is a professional education program for senior customer-facing professionals. It includes 9 on-demand lessons, 9 live 1:1 sessions delivered by video (including a kickoff session), live and written feedback on 9 deliverables, and a Certificate of Completion for participants who meet the completion requirements. Program content may be updated, adapted or expanded over time to keep it current and relevant.

Live sessions are tailored to you. Based on your Professional Development Plan and your progress, your instructor may spend more time on some modules or topics and less on others, revisit earlier material, go deeper on areas where you need the most growth, or adjust the order of topics. The on-demand curriculum, deliverables and completion requirements stay the same.

The program is professional education. It is not therapy, counseling, or legal, financial or employment advice.

2. Enrollment and Payment

The program fee is listed on our website in US dollars and is due in full at enrollment, or in installments if you choose the payment plan described below. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Applicable taxes may be added where required. Before you enroll, you can review these Terms in full and will be asked to confirm that you agree to them. An itemized receipt and a copy of these Terms are emailed to you at enrollment.

If you choose the payment plan, the program fee is paid in 3 equal monthly payments of $1,665 USD: the first at enrollment and the others 30 and 60 days later. By choosing the plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on those dates. You remain responsible for the full program fee even if you stop participating, and any unpaid balance remains owing. If a payment fails and isn't resolved within 7 days of our notice, we may suspend your access to the program, including the on-demand lessons and live sessions, until your balance is current. The time limits in these Terms continue to run during a suspension. We issue your Certificate of Completion only after your final payment has been received.

Your "enrollment date" is the date we receive your first payment. The time limits in these Terms run from that date.

3. Employer Education Benefits

If you plan to use an employer education or tuition benefit, you're responsible for confirming eligibility and obtaining any required approval under your employer's policy before enrolling. We provide an itemized receipt, a syllabus with learning outcomes, and a Certificate of Completion to support your request. We don't guarantee that any employer will approve or reimburse the program.

4. Refunds

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ending your participation early, or live sessions that expire unused, does not entitle you to a refund. This doesn't limit any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Scheduling

Live sessions are scheduled 1:1 at mutually agreed times. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. A session missed without 24 hours' notice may be treated as completed. Live sessions must be used within six months of your enrollment date, which is the date your first payment is received. Live sessions not used within that time expire and are not refundable, unless we agree to an extension in writing. Expired live sessions do not affect your access to the on-demand lessons or your eligibility for the Certificate of Completion.

Around 90 days after your completion date, you may book one complimentary 30-minute check-in with us. The check-in is optional. It isn't one of the 9 live sessions, isn't counted in the program hours, and isn't required for your Certificate of Completion.

6. Completion and Certificate

You earn a Certificate of Completion when you complete all 9 on-demand lessons, submit all 9 deliverables (your Professional Development Plan and 8 module deliverables) and receive a Pass on each, and your payment has been received in full. Deliverables marked Revise are returned with feedback and may be resubmitted. You have 12 months from your enrollment date to complete all certificate requirements. The certificate states your name, program title, dates of participation and result.

7. Confidentiality and Anonymity

The program is designed so you never need to share confidential information about your employer, its customers or its deals. Please describe situations by industry, role and dynamics, not by company, customer or deal name, and use roles rather than names in your deliverables. You're responsible for complying with any confidentiality obligations you have to your employer.

We keep what you share with us in the program confidential and won't disclose it to anyone, including your employer, except with your permission or where required by law.

8. Recording and Note-Taking

You may not record, stream, screenshot, transcribe or otherwise capture any live session or program material by any means, including with AI note-taking or transcription tools. Sessions are held on our video platform.

By enrolling, you agree that we may use transcription and note-taking tools, including AI-based tools, during live sessions to transcribe them, take notes and prepare your written feedback. This is part of how the program is delivered. If we want to make a video recording of a session, we will ask you first.

9. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including lessons, frameworks, templates and worksheets, are owned by Pelion Strategies. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own professional development during the program and for 12 months after enrollment. You may not share, resell, republish or use the materials to deliver training to others, or use them to train or build AI models.

You own your deliverables and the personal content you create in the program.

10. No Guarantee of Results

We don't guarantee any particular outcome, including a promotion, new role, compensation change or business result. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including how fully you take part in the program and whether you put your plans into action. The program gives you frameworks, feedback and a plan. Applying them in your own work, such as building relationships with your customers and colleagues and acting on your stakeholder and influence maps, takes additional time and effort beyond the program hours and the time you spend on your deliverables.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the program is limited to the fees you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost income or opportunities.

12. Ending Participation

We may end your access to the program if you breach these Terms, including by sharing program materials without permission. Refunds in that case are at our discretion.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you enroll applies to your enrollment.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including British Columbia's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
